Brewing Methods I

Prerequisites: admission to the Brewing Science and Brewery Operations program or instructor's consent. This course provides an overview of the brewing process, with an emphasis on the raw materials required for brewing. Students will also learn the history of brewing, the impact of brewing and beer on society, current beer industry trends, and the responsible use of alcohol.
