Commercial Truck Driver Commercial Truck Driving will assist students in gaining a working knowledge of information needed to obtain a Class "A" CDL learner's permit through classroom instruction. The class also includes simulator and backing practice, shop time, and the driving experience necessary to pass the pre-trip, skills, and driving exam for the Montana Class "A" CDL. The lab exercises are designed to provide students with the driving skills in a working environment. Loading and dumping trucks, load procedures and practices, and transport of heavy equipment are emphasized in preparation for an entry level job in "truck driving". | |||||||
