Prac Farm Prod & Equip

This course teaches students the fundamentals of organic vegetable and herb production in the fall months. Students will work in greenhouse and field settings, applying crop production principles on the campus farm. Topics covered will include pest management, harvesting, fall seeding, marketing, planning, decision-making, and record keeping.
