Note: Equipment needed: Boxing Gloves and Wraps (available for rent or purchase at the club as well). This class is primarily a cardio workout designed to strengthen the heart through consistent movement. Will do punching combinations on a free standing boxing bag as well as other boxing type movements.

Cardioboxing

This high cardio course with upbeat music utilizes basic boxing techniques, also referred to as Boot Camp Boxing. Students work out with gloves on a free-standing bag. This course may be repeated for a total of two credits. Students receiving financial aid or veterans' benefits should check with the Financial Aid Office before repeating this course.
